Blogging my way out of a big black hole.

It was May when it all go to much for me, I just couldnt cope...pretend to cope any longer. So I dragged my sad sorry ass to the drs and was diagnosed with serve depression.

Since then things are slowly improving. Thankfully! Really should have taken these step a very long time ago.

So thats why I have been missing from all my usual places, I have barely been on EB at all, that upsets me some as I really enjoy the girls over there and consider alot of them very good friends. So I am aimong to get back into it all and reconnect with those who I have withdrawn from and hopefully reform those friendships.

As the weeks have passed I have been feeling alot more motivated and alot less stressed, I am finding that I have alot more time for the kids and I am enjoying their company.
Today Maddison came home from school early and we did a little bit of crocheting. I have been making some play food as apart of Hallies birthday present (not til november, but you can never start to early..right?) So I was finishing off some cupcakes, I will take a photo tomorrow . Maddi just practised her chain stitch.

Then tonight Jacob helped me make dessert (butterscotch pudding) I let him crack the egg and he didnt get any shell in the mix! LOL

There are so many things I have found on the internet this week to make, I am busting to sew something, tomorrow night is my night, I am going to make a crayon roll...or 2.
Or maybe I could pray for rain and then I would have a whole day to sew, you know if sport was cancelled and the gardening we have planned was rained out...cross your fingers people, pray for rain LOL

My other exciting news

I am so proud of my Darling girl (Be Warned Proud Mummy Moment)

Maddison was in the Estiedford today for Public Speaking, She wrote her speech herself, and has been doing a fantastic job of reading it, even memorizing the whole thing. It is the first year she has done this and low and behold she won! I am so excited for her and so proud of her. The teacher at school who organises the Debating Teams and the Public Speaking ect has told us that she will get Maddi to state for public speaking if its the last thing she does. She believes Maddison has what it take to go that far. She is the youngest in the Debating Team and the youngest in the Torement of the Minds (which is a statewide contest, we will go to Bathurst in a few weeks)
