I have not gone camping before (more of a 5star kinda gal) BUT... Brad promised it would be fun, relaxing, and great for the kids ... so off we went, home looked like this for the last couple of days
We laughed a lot at this little bird and his friends who would just wonder on in and help themselves to any food sitting around, Even when the food was on Alex's plate, Or still on the BBQ!
The kids collected fire wood and we toasted marshmallows (for morning tea!!)
I decided it was right time I learnt to ride a bike, after Brad suggested I should get training wheels *how embarrasing!* I got the hang of it!
We saw lots of kangaroos, a possum, and a few kookaburras.
Dispite the rain and frezzing cold October weather (we have been having 32degree days, the weekend was 15!) we actually did have fun, it was relaxing, the kids all had a ball, I'm even (dare I say it) looking forward to doing it again.
