Wall Hanging Swap

I signed up to be part of the Newbie Quilters Wall Hanging Swap that the lovely Kayscha http://www.klc873.blogspot.com/ organised.

I was so happy to recieve this wallhanging on Friday, I had asked for something to hang in the boys room and the wonderful Esther http://redinoz.blogspot.com/ stepped up to the challenge and created this very cute quilt. Alex has bearly let it out of his site since and has slept with it both nights, I cant wait to get to the shop tomorrow and get a hanger for it although I dont think Alex will be impressed! The fabric is so adorably cute and the patchwork stars are so well done. And the quilting is stunning. The last pic is of the quilt laying on Alex's bed, the colours are perfect!!!!!
