I was going so well, I have lost 1.4kgs but to be honest its all too much hard work. Life is better with chocolate :(
I am going to try really hard this week to keep it up, have to grocery shop today so I am going to buy lots of good stuff and no bad stuff. I havent even walked for the last 3 days as the weather has been too cold. Naughty naughty me!
This non scrapping thing is driving me totally insane. I need to scrap bt nothing is inspiring me at all.
